Why Brapps?

A Utah team that stands Odoo up as your source of truth — and then builds the apps stock Odoo doesn’t ship.

Plenty of firms will configure an ERP and hand you the keys. We stay. Everything we build ships as a versioned Odoo module on your own database, with the same models and the same access rights as the rest of the system — and the people who wrote it are still the people who support it.

✽ Why teams pick us

A partner who builds, not just configures.

1

A Utah partner, on your hours

We are a small US team based in Utah. Mountain Time overlaps most of the working day across the country, so questions get answered while your floor is running — not on a ticket queue that wakes up after you have gone home.

2

Odoo as the source of truth

Finance, inventory, manufacturing, projects and the website live in one database. We resist bolt-on systems and nightly syncs, because the moment your numbers exist in two places, somebody has to decide which one is right.

3

We ship custom apps

When the gap between stock Odoo and how you actually work is real, we close it in code. Reporting, AI connectors, MRP, WMS, portals, payment and accounting tools — all written, reviewed and version-controlled like any other software.

✽ What we’ve built

The catalog, running on real Odoo databases.

Four app pillars plus the modules we’ve shipped to fill the gaps between Odoo and the rest of the stack — portals, dispatch, payments and accounting.

Reporting apps

Live operational reporting on your Odoo data — purchasing, inventory, sales, manufacturing — so the team stops rebuilding the same spreadsheet every Monday.

MCP apps (AI → Odoo)

Connect ChatGPT and Claude to Odoo over OAuth 2.1. Admins choose readable models and enabled tools. Write tools are purpose-built (POs, SOs, BOMs, inventory counts) — never a generic ORM write. Every call is logged.

MRP apps

Manufacturing extensions with labor-cost tracking where production decisions happen — BOMs, routing and shop-floor reality in the same system of record.

WMS apps

Warehouse workflows on Odoo: receive, putaway, pick, pack, adjust — shaped to your floor instead of forcing a generic warehouse UI.

Client & contractor portal

A branded portal kept in sync with Odoo, so clients and outside contractors work tasks, share files and leave comments without a full Odoo seat.

Project dispatch board

Spec-driven tasks anyone with capacity can claim. Claiming assigns the work and moves the stage; pull-request status flows back onto the task automatically.

Stripe payout reconcile

Pull Stripe payouts into Odoo, match them to customer payments, book processing fees to the right account and reconcile the bank statement line.

Payment & Stripe fee tools

Configurable processing fees at checkout — fixed or percentage, per provider — shown to the customer and carried through to the transaction.

QuickBooks Online connector

One-way Odoo → QBO sync of posted customer invoices and inventory valuation entries, so the accounting team keeps the books where they already work.

Every app above ships as an Odoo module on your own database — same models, same access rights, no separate system to babysit.

How it fits

Odoo is the hub. These apps are the spokes. Same database, same permissions, less glue code.

A custom app is not a parallel system. It reads and writes the records your team already uses, respects the access rights you already set, and shows up in the same menus — so nobody has to learn a second place to look.

Why we build on Odoo in the first place

How we work

Small team, short feedback loops, nothing handed off to a stranger halfway through.

  • We implement the system and then keep supporting it — no handoff to a separate managed-services desk
  • Customizations ship as versioned modules, so they can be reviewed, rolled back and carried through upgrades
  • Phased scope: get the core running, then add apps as each process is actually ready
  • Honest scoping — if a requirement is a poor fit for Odoo, you hear it before the contract, not after

Where to start

Three questions usually sort out whether we are a fit:

  1. Is Odoo the right platform for you? Start with Why Odoo? for the honest version, including where it is not the answer.
  2. Weighing it against a heavier suite? Our Odoo vs NetSuite page lays out the trade-offs, sources and all.
  3. Already on Odoo and stuck? Bring us the process that isn’t working. Most of the catalog above started exactly that way.
